Self-sabotage is a very common reason that most people aren’t able to achieve their goals. While some are easy to spot. E.g. procrastination. Others are a little harder to accept as self-sabotage even if it is truly holding us back from what we truly desire to achieve.

Today’s topic addresses the 4 most common, hidden types of self-sabotage that I not only encounter on an everyday basis in my conversations with women, but have also been guilty of going through these thoughts myself and allowing them to hold me back.
